You play as Jack one of 48 passenger that survived plane crash. Out of the couple hundred people on the plane, only 48 survived the crash. Now you need to figure out how you and your friends going to survive the island.

Knife : press 5 to attack or cut tall grass.
Gun : Press 5 to shoot.
Dynamite / Bomb : Press 5 to set.
Powerups :
Medicine Box : Completely restores health.
Meat : Restores half of health.
Fruit : Partially restores health and cures poison.
Rocks :
Use directional keys to pull, push and create bridges over water, swamp or traps.
Lifting :
Press 5 repeatedly to perform action.
